Leading Impact Brands through Times of Change
Change is never easy — and right now, so many nonprofits and foundations are navigating leadership transitions, funding shifts, and increasing complexity.
Last spring, I presented to the Nonprofit Marketers Network on Leading Impact Brands Through Change. While the slides were created more than a year ago, I find the lessons are even more relevant in today’s environment.
